Heulandite on stilbite is a highly prized mineral combination where distinct, coffin-shaped heulandite crystals naturally grow on top of a soft, bow-tie-shaped bed of stilbite.Both minerals belong to the zeolite family and share almost identical chemical elements. Because they thrive in the exact same volcanic environments, they frequently grow together inside the hollow gas pockets (vugs) of ancient lava flows, creating some of the most visually stunning, multi-layered mineral clusters in the world.
