Physical Features

Chatoyancy: A distinct, shimmering stripe or "eye" that glides across the sphere when turned.

Material: A metamorphic quartz variety formed when parallel fibers of crocidolite are replaced by silica. Rich bands of golden honey, amber, and dark chocolate brown. Rates 6.5 to 7 on the Mohs scale, making it highly durable.
